Who is responsible
CB Consulting LLC decides why and how the personal data described below is handled. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@clemencebareth.com and are answered by Clemence Bareth directly.
What this page does not do
This page does not profile you, does not follow you elsewhere, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
What we keep when you take the test
When you ask for your result, your first name, your last name, your email address, your company, your 9D score, your result, your nine dimension verdicts and the link to your result are stored in Brevo, an email service operated by Sendinblue SAS in France. Your result and the short emails that follow are sent through Brevo.
To get there, your details and your answers pass through Make, an automation service, on its servers in the European Union. Make keeps a short technical log of each transfer. Your individual answers are not stored anywhere else.
Your result link. The link to your full result holds your answers to the nine questions only. It never holds your name, email or company.
Booking a call. The booking runs on Calendly, a separate company with its own privacy terms at calendly.com/privacy.
Visiting the page. The page is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States, which sees your IP address when the page loads. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your IP address also reaches Google.
The worksheets
The resource pages have worksheets you can fill in on screen. What you write stays in your own browser, on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can clear it at any time with the button under the worksheet.
Why your data is used
Your data is used to show you your result, to send it to you by email with a few short emails from Clemence Bareth, and to contact you about her work as a Fractional COO. Your data is never sold, never rented, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.
The emails
Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. You can also write to us at any time to stop them.
How long it is kept
Test results are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and the applicable accounting and tax rules require.
Where the data goes
CB Consulting LLC is established in Qatar. The email service runs from France and the automation service from the European Union. The hosting, booking and typeface services are operated from the United States. If you are in Europe, part of your data is handled outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to hello@clemencebareth.com and you will get an answer within one month. If you are in Europe, you may also raise a complaint with the data protection authority of your own country.
Terms of use
The 9D Check, its questions and its texts belong to CB Consulting LLC and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. The test is general in nature, does not take account of your particular business, and is not legal, financial or tax advice. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Qatar Financial Centre.
